Amenities:
Streaming/Recording equipment is available for podcasts, demos, dj set, etc
Balay Kreative will provide one staff member
The space can hold up to 15 attendees for workshops, meetings, rehearsals & events
Artists are required to provide their own art materials and art supplies
COVID-19 Protocols:
Guests/attendees & resident artists in the studio must abide by current Balay Kreative Covid Policies that can be found here.
Artists and guests should stay home if they have:
Come into close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 5 days
Tested positive for COVID-19 in the last two weeks
Are feeling ill in any way
Cost:
$250 per month for art studio space.
$75 an hour to use our space to host an artist workshop, meeting, event OR a 50/50 split with a minimum of 6 registrants at $15 each.
$50 an hour to use our streaming hub for podcasts, twitch streams, etc. (this does not include equipment)
$150 an hour to use our streaming hub, podcast equipment and one Balay Kreative staff member (this fee does not include post-podcast/audio mixing or editing)
